Shipping/Payments

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking.  we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees are added for orders under $20 and include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

All Orders are required to be paid in full in order for us to ship the item to you, by placing your order with us, you confirm that all information relating to your order is correct (e.g. Address, Phone Number, Name). 

Shipping Generally Takes 3-5 Bus. Days, once your order has processed you will recieve a tracking url code to track your delivery. Any enquiries can be made via email to orders@fixmygadget.com.au or via the 'Order History' page in Profile>Shop Account>Order History.
